Accessing your Capture One serial number and registration details

1. Log onto the Phase One website

Go to www.phaseone.com

2. Enter your email address and password

If you don't know your password click the I Forgot my passord button and your password will be emailed to you.

3. Access your account

Click on the My Account link at the top of the page

4. Click on License management

This is where all your serial number information is kept.

5. License management

Select your license code from the drop down list, all the information regarding this code is detailed here including :

• What version of Capture One your orginially bought Valid For:
• The email address that your serial number is registered to. This is also your User Profile when you are registering Capture One for the first time.
• How many upgrades you are entitled to from the original version you bought
• How many activations are available (how many more workstations you can install it on)
• Activation History, when and how many computers your serial number is already installed on

You can also Deactivate your serial number from all workstations by pressing the Deactivate button
